How and when can a customer request a return?

After receiving your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to decide if the product meets your expectations. If there are items in your order that you wish to return, we invite you to complete the return form.

The product must be in an unused, unopened, and unaffected condition, suitable for resale – it must be returned sealed due to health or hygiene considerations. Purchased products must be in the same condition as when purchased or received, including keeping the packaging intact. In the case of personal care items or personal hygiene products, they cannot be returned once unsealed or used once, such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc., according to Article 16, letter e, of Ordinance 34/2014. The return must include both labels and the original documents with which they were shipped. The buyer has the option to waive the purchased products from the online store without the need to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring any other costs.

Refunding a product or replacing the product:

In the event that a different product or quantity is delivered, you must report the incident to the seller to resolve it. If the product is no longer in stock, the buyer can choose to replace it with another product or receive a full refund.
